There are so many wonderful people at this company.

Unfortunately projects are a bit unstable with constant shifts in direction.

The recruitment team is a real bottleneck here. They lack the ability to keep candidates updated, and provide no feedback. I know this is probably the norm in this industry, but as a company to claim to be different, I was disappointed in the giant waste of time as they strung me along for weeks without an update. I basically had to withdraw myself from contention. If you want to recruit top talent, you need to start with your recruitment. Tech seemed cool though.
