Pros
The best part of the company is it will give you salary for sure. And the same point is the worst thing. Another good point is you can easily sit on computer and pass your time if you have good rapport with your lead.
Cons
1. Salary gets credited after 20 days / 30 days / 2 months. It keeps on dragging and they say "this 20th you will get", "this 30th you will get" and when we ask seriously, management replies "We are a family. You have to adjust according to our family." 2. There are no proper management and teams. Any employee can question any employee on his daily work. Lot of fights and arguments within employees because of no proper hierarchical managers. 3. Should work on Saturdays and Sundays (sometimes). 4. No work environment provided. 5. Only work, work, work. Nothing else. Any birthdays, employees should ask permission to celebrate. 6. Any Employee can implement a new rule in the company. 7. Some employees use this company expenses for their personal expenditures and put bill worth of xyz amount and company also approves that amount easily.
