Some Facts: (Can be verified by any candidate or the author of this review)
1. There are many employees who are working in the organizations since 12,10, 7+, 5+ years. We have one of the lowest attrition rates in the industry. There must be a reason why people stay with the organization! (Same about our clients!)
2. We attempt to keep great culture, and encourage employees to OWN the company. You can check ROC records, one of the employees is a serious stake holder and Director in the company. There are more employees who are going to get shares this year onward, and we take efforts to train them in ownership/ leadership. (Can give references to those interested)
3. Timings: We have attendance record machine, that keeps track of in and out, and standard working timings 5 days a week, except for emergencies. People have to work for 10-12 hours regularly, is NOT TRUE. I welcome anyone to check the records to check the same.
4. Perks: We have team lunches, Annual picnic (Even the one rare case of those who may have been asked to go in last cpl of years, had been part of our overnight picnic)
5. BONUS DURING LOCKDOWN! / WORK FROM HOME SITUATION WHEN PEOPLE ARE SLASHING SALARIES, WE HAVE ACTUALLY GIVEN BONUSES TO ALL!
6. In last couple of years, there may have been 1 solitary case where we had to ask someone to leave. There are needs of the organization, and this rare case is part of the processes of team leaders evaluating members, meeting deadlines etc. I am assuming this review may be from the same source and not written by someone who was not part of company.
Wish to express, that the aggressive review came as a shock, since even the person who left, we had great relation, I had respect for, and had lauded his fighting spirit and adventurous nature! Not sure what circumstances led to the performance issues, but we have a trail of emails to prove that we tried our best to retain him. (Assigning one senior resource, to help and make this work) and giving few months for the same. I can understand the anger and anguish, but few things are unavoidable. I would be happy to help anyone with references/ guidance at personal level, and not keep grudge about the review.
