Very rigid culture & mind-sets. No autonomy to make decisions for employee welfare; Emphasis solely put on increasing the business & core technical team rewarded on fixed intervals but not the supporting functions. Rules can bend for Sr. level employees but partial towards jr. level employees. No career growth/personal development for HR professionals.
