No one cares. Employees are worked to death and underpaid. Poor patient care. Upper management are just sitting back doing nothing obviously and getting paid exceptionally well. If you work really hard it seems to be less appreciated than those who are just a body present. Committed employees are treated like crap. They shove this whole Gallup survey in your face. The data is very skewed. I can't think of a single coworker or employee that I've talked to that likes working for the company which makes me wonder how they've won the Gallup great workplace award twice. The place is a scam. Human resources is a joke, literally. Since the last CEO and a former nurse replaced him the place has went downhill. After 20 years I decided that I didn't want to take part in a corporation that treats employees in the matter this corporation does. Only if the media could get ahold of how this place is run and the quality of care provided. If you are a board member or a member of executive management reading this, do the community and patients a favor. Listen to your employees. Without them you don't have patients. Without patients you wouldn't have a job. Your company is going to hit rock bottom of you don't. One last thing, they love to add on and make more departments but they NEVER adjust the amount of employees needed. The current employees have to pick up the extra work, which is impossible.
