Pros
Paid 15s, some insurance provided, most
major holidays off, somewhat flexible schedule
Cons
Benefits/Insurance is really poor and doesn’t provide much for the premium you pay, no paid sick leave/ accrued PTO instead of a set 40 for the year - with not much rolling over into the next year, busy work that is mundane, but not always guaranteed- as you can be thrown into projects that aren’t related to your job description - with no incentives or bonuses, maybe a thank you and a pizza if you’re lucky. Yearly goals of producing systems goes up an insane amount every calendar year with little pay raises to match the workload increase. Med Water doesn’t tend to hire the extra hands needed for certain departments, and good luck ever getting a promotion through your department, as they hire out.
