Pros
Not sure there are many since they let go so many good people and brought in money hungry upper management.
Cons
I worked for corporate and I know that the only thing they are worried about is the bottom line and not the employees. Their hiring practices are very biased and the management staff is completely clueless when it comes to the people who actually make the company, which is the people on the phones. Managers have favorites who they allow to do whatever they want and the employees who do their work and don't socialize are bullied. This place is like being in high school all over again. Their is no confidentiality when it comes to employees. I loved what I did, I just hated doing it for that company once they brought in new management. I would never recommend this company to anyone in any of the cities.
