      Pros

      The CEO was extremely professional and there for his employees. Some corporations can feel like they are not there for their staff, but MedCo was 100% for it's people, which I appreciated.

      I personally didn't experience any cons.

      Pros

      Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays off. Working from home was amazing. Small company that seems more like a family.

      Cons

      The only con I had was there is no way on moving up. Everyone who is of seniority has been there for years. It doesn't seem quite fair.
