Cons
Leadership is beyond lacking. The new CEO is a PE plant more interested in the bottom line than the process of getting there.
The old CEO, now CSO, is demeaning and belittling. He creates an environment that makes you feel like he knows everything and you know nothing - despite his actions almost bankrupting the company a few years ago leading to laying off over half the company.
The US team is not on equal footing with the European team. Despite numerous process issues raised repeatedly, there was never any analysis of those issues or movement to find solutions.
The flip side of everyone being amazing and supporting is that the company WILL take advantage of you. They will highlight their "core values" but those core values are often used manipulatively to demand working well over capacity instead of hiring more people when needed or giving you the support when necessary.
