Pros

There are no "pros" aside from meeting some very nice people along the way.

Cons

The numbers don't lie - there are only 5 positive/semi positive reviews here. Management will tell you that the negative reviews are always given by disgruntled employees but I can tell you that just about everyone I know at MedCure is looking for their way out now , and very few have many nice things to say. And these are CURRENT employees. Medcure lacks the direction, accountability and an overall steward to guide the organization. The company culture dictates you simply do as you are told (and you won't be told everything) and don't ask questions. There is never any praise or thanks for a job well done and there's very little sense of team spirit, although some departments stick together better than others. New hires are rarely introduced around and there's a definite message that you are not trusted one bit. A truly strong company culture offers mutual support, promotes trust, rewards employees’ efforts, and ensures that employees know their work is meaningful. This will NEVER HAPPEN AT MEDCURE. Not ever. Take your talent someplace else - even if you're desperate for a job.

Pros

Medcure is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. They truly value their employees and it shows in the benefits and culture they provide. One of the standout perks is the paid lunches three times a week — a thoughtful gesture that makes a big difference. They also offer paid PTO and holidays, which helps support a healthy work-life balance. Another huge plus for me is the ability to work from home. This flexibility allows me to be more productive while also maintaining balance in my personal life. What really sets Medcure apart, though, is their commitment to promoting from within. Growth here is not only encouraged but supported. It’s truly up to you how far you want to go — the opportunities are there. If you’re looking for a company that respects your time, invests in your development, and fosters a positive and flexible work environment, Medcure is it!

Cons

I wish we have more Paid sick time and more team bonding exercise. So all department can get to know each other.

Pros

None. Just don't do it if you value your dignity and mental health.

Cons

- No upward mobility, but you will be expected to take on managerial tasks anyway - bad behavior is rewarded - HR is completely inappropriate - you have to share a building with a department that hates you - nothing you ever do will be good enough. They always want more but won't increase their budget or accept new ideas or offer incentive.
