Pros
Partial work-from-home arrangements, plenty of team outings, events, and camaraderie.
Cons
There isn't a single voice in leadership; it's all the chiefs trying to run a show without the presence of the CEO, who cannot act in his capacity. The new c-suite is so far dethatched from reality there is no progress or hope for change anymore. Employees actively talk about the stress of leadership not being cohesive, the lack of qualification of core members of the C-Suite team, the atmosphere of nepotism and finger pointing, and employees are tired of working for a reactionary company. There is no proper planning put into place when large scale organizational change happens. I witnessed the company fly by the seat of their pants for every large transformation because they continue to put the wrong people in the wrong places.
