Pros
Excellent introduction to the industry, knowledgeable management and coworkers. Excellent training program provides an introduction to the industry and helps the transition from training to work.
Cons
Working with patients can be difficult and calls are monitored to ensure HIPPA compliance. Employees are required to be at their desks logged into their computers and ready to work at their start time but continually run into five to ten minute delays waiting for computer updates to complete before being able to clock in.
