Pros
Because it's a small company, you'll get experience with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, and the heavy, ever-shifting workload will force you to hone your multi-tasking skills.
Cons
Please heed the other reviews here--this is an extremely hostile work environment. The leadership plays mean, petty games, e.g., digs for information on other employees; encourages employees to "spy" on other employees and report back; blames employees for chaotic, dysfunctional leadership; belittles current employees and bad-mouths former employees...just to name a few.
This company has an astonishing history of high employee turnover--most people leave within 6 months (some wise up sooner and leave after 2 months). There are 2-3 long-term employees who have been taken into the fold because they bully and snitch on other employees. So if you want to stay for a long time here, be prepared to do that.
I was in shock at some of the treatment I witnessed. I sat in on a call with an off-site employee while one of the leaders scolded her; the off-site employee knew I was on the call. It was embarrassing for this employee and completely unprofessional but the leadership knows nothing of behaving with properly.
