Pros

Some colleagues are genuinely talented and hardworking, trying to make the best of a difficult environment.

Cons

The parent company CareCloud lacks any clear strategic direction beyond aggressively offshoring jobs to cut costs. Decisions seem driven solely by short-term financial gain, with no regard for long-term sustainability or employee well-being. Morale is consistently low, and leadership appears indifferent to the concerns of their workforce. There’s no investment in career growth, no meaningful communication, and no effort to retain talent. It’s hard to feel valued when the only message from the top is: "Do more with less." Plus, poor decision making by the parent company and what once was a thriving consulting firm slowly disappears.

Pros

The project was ultimately successful. MedSR has a history of strong consultants who were known for their expertise in training and go-live support. The team lead was phenomenal, providing excellent guidance, support, and leadership throughout the project. Despite challenges, the team was able to complete the project effectively.

Cons

The trainers selected for this project did not include the company’s top consultants from previous projects, raising questions about the selection process. It appeared that selection was based more on familiarity or personal relationships rather than expertise. Some trainers felt intimidated by the consultants and created a negative atmosphere by spreading false information before the team arrived. Incorrect information was deliberately given to consultants, seemingly to undermine credibility and performance. There may have been a lack of diversity in trainer selection, whether intentional or not, which could have impacted team dynamics and fairness.
