Upper management does NOT care about anyone that works below them. They do NOT like to listen to suggestions that the people actually driving the routes every day have that could help with efficiency, and would prefer to just let their computer program do the work for them. Oh, they also like to let people stay on that simply don't do their job sometimes, instead shoving all the extra work onto everyone else in a given office.
