Pros
You feel like your work means something. The Executive Leadership Team really cares about employees and goes out of their way to listen and improve. Only 1 day in the office which is reasonable considering that work/life balance is iffy at a company that runs 24/7. Everyone understands their role and purpose and the importance of what we do.
Cons
Benefits could be better, such as 401k match. Paid Holidays are the least of anywhere I've worked, but that's the nature of this business.
