      Pros

      This really is a nice company to work for. Everyone is friendly, schedules are flexible, and we all work towards the same goal of making the best product for our customers.

      Cons

      Each department has its own process and they don’t necessarily always align with each other. Would benefit from an established process with meetings between departments when working on projects together.

      Everyone has a lot of ownership. If someone doesn't like accountability it's probably not the right place.

      Pros

      Medstudy is a great company to work for. They genuinely care for each of their employees and treat you with respect and understanding. Leadership is friendly and motivated for the success of every individual.

      Cons

      Not much to say. They’re a small company which comes with those usual cons but they do everything they can to make it a great company.
