Pros
The pay, once training is complete
Cons
Lack of communication. I was told I would be paid a certain hourly amount. After receiving my first paycheck I called and was told that while I was in training the pay was different which was about half what I was originally told. received a sorry my bad. After almost 3 months of emailing and texting my direct supervisor in regard to missing monies that were owed to me I decided I was done. I can't work for a company that will not even pay me what they owe me. I think they have a good model but unfortunately they don't have the right people running it. This would explain the extremely high turnover. Even after I resigned I had to send multiple emails to get any type of response from them. And they still have not paid me the money they owe me.
