At the same time, we take your feedback around leadership support, training, and team dynamics seriously. Creating an environment where our teams feel supported, respected, and set up for success is a priority, and we recognize the impact when those areas fall short.
We are committed to supporting our caregivers both professionally and personally, including through wellbeing resources such as our Employee Assistance Program, mental health tools, and encouraging time to recharge. We are also continuing to strengthen leadership development, training, and consistency across the hospital.
