Customer Service Representative - Anonymous employee MedVet Employee Review

I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We know there are some key leadership roles to fill in Chicago and things are always harder when those jobs are open. I hope that before you left, you shared your feedback in our Employee Experience Survey or with your HR contact. Please know we are working hard to improve things for employees at our locations. Having worked at a number of organization prior to MedVet, I have to disagree with your statement about "squeezing" money out of employees and clients. We made significant investments in our 401(k) match this year, improved our healthcare benefits without increasing employee costs, and just made big enhancements to our EAP program. Unlike some of the competition, MedVet is not owned by a big company or run by a private equity firm -- we're 80% owned by our employees and we do make long term decisions vs. trying to maximize short term financial gains.
