Cons
Most roles feel impossible to fill and don’t seem real. You don’t get paid unless they close, which rarely happens. You will work very hard on a role and then the client will pull it or change it, and you're back at square one and don't get paid. The client list is scattered across random industries, Meda is clearly struggling to bring in new business.
Leadership is either completely checked out or intensely micromanaging. There’s zero real support. No benefits, low base, outdated tools. Titles are inflated to make up for it. The team has little to no recruiting experience. Processes are messy, and training is almost non-existent.
