No part-time off no holiday pay talked myself a dollar up from the average rate they pay. Average week is not the same you may get worked you may have a breather it's all about respect and what you let them I have threatened to quit many times and return their van.They will take advantage of you and will load you up 10-hour days let em know where you stand. They will try to take advantage of you on weekends by breaking you out in between pickups once you acknowledge that and tell them they will stop. But cut you down your weekend hours. There's no growth no extra pay no raise I think that's why they want foreigners for the job that are happy to be in America
