My experience at Medacy was extremely disappointing. The work environment is heavily micromanaged, with little autonomy or trust in employees. Support from management is minimal, and asking for guidance or resources often feels ignored. Career development is virtually nonexistent, and there is no clear path for growth or advancement. Compensation is below industry standards, making it even harder to stay motivated. Even when it comes to references, there is no continuity or consideration; requests are handled inconsistently and without professionalism. Overall, this is not a company I would recommend for anyone looking for a supportive or growth-oriented workplace.

No Pros - Not given option of remote work which they offer routinely to others even when unwell and facing surgery.

Ok for you to put 100% in but woe the day you face serious life threatening illness and take time off sick then have to leave anyway as they didn’t allow remote work which they advertised! Forwarded many a friend to work for them and still they blame you for being ill and no blame attributed to them for not providing remote work! No regrets leaving this company who won’t be able to retain the best pharmacists out there. Their lack of empathy and compassion is unbelievable. Would seriously avoid them at all costs,
