Hands down the people are the best. Everyone is kind and thoughtful, without ego. No code is sacred, and anyone can contribute to making it better. Our technology stack is improving every day, and even with our company being so small, we're capable of competing with industry giants at what we do.

Sometimes there can be a lack of focus, which makes it hard for a small engineering department to accomplish goals.
