Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback! We do have a legendary Sales team – one that is enabled by product development from a great (and growing!) Engineering team. We still have a ways to go to become the tech powerhouse we aspire to be, but we’re making great strides and will not compromise on quality – even if it means we take longer. We are leveraging the latest telemetry systems (Wavefront, Sumo Logic, etc.) as well as dev tools like JIRA, GitHub, IntelliJ and more. Beyond that, Medallia Engineering is constantly transforming. We are looking for engineers who are passionate about changing both the organization and the world. A tiny startup faces different challenges than a company hitting its stride, and the engineering team is committed to taking us to 50x what we are today.
