Pros
People are friendly and help each other out. Good opportunities for personal and career growth.
Cons
Processes change too much, very few initiatives stick - usually ends up being a huge waste of time, and people just end up doing things the same way, or don't have the bandwidth to adopt change. Expectations are high (which is good), but the support give for the expectation is not. Admin work just piles on due to other department's inefficiencies. Some are pleasant on emails, but very hard to get things done.
