Pros

Nice new corporate headquarters based in San Mateo (not ideal if you live in San Francisco). Some smart people. Good choice of snacks but who really cares about that

Cons

Poor leadership, poor product development, lack of clear strategy, overhyped & overly complex solutions, dysfunctional recruiting, lack of career advancement paths, widespread arrogance, politically charged environment, ungrateful co-founders who do not have the experienced to scale & lead to a successful IPO (clear need for new CEO & COO that can right the ship), exclusively backed by legendary VC - Sequoia Capital whose best days are behind them & hedging its bets on strongest competitor (Qualtrics is also backed by Sequoia..better tech...faster growth...Utah Silicon Slopes based...huge client base...aggressive move into enterprise & international markets), very weak channel partner ecosystem, very weak integrations, zero positive reviews on Salesforce Appexchange, lacking key speech analytics capabilities, newly chasing mid-market via Kampyle acquisition aka "Medallia Digital" self-serve product, long term outlook overall is very bleak in nascent niche market for feedback management with numerous stronger competitors & new entrants. What got you here will not get you to where you seek to go

Pros

Nothing much to say here. Management is messed up. All tech initiatives are showcase only. There are genuinely smart people, but they are managed by worse management you can imagine.

Cons

- many bad CEOs, many bad managers. - the whole company is slow. - no one know what the company’s mission statement is. - PE firms have no idea what they are doing.
