      Had some great coworkers! Lunches were great too.

      Cons

      Thought about leaving this alone, but so many reviews here are so clearly fake. Now that's not to say Medallia has positives, but the happy-go-lucky, nothing's wrong, this place is a rocketship type reviews are absolutely not indicative of anybody who really works here. Before you work here, reach out to a former employee on LinkedIn. Most anyone would be happy to talk about their Medallia experience.

      Pros

      Nothing much to say here. Management is messed up. All tech initiatives are showcase only. There are genuinely smart people, but they are managed by worse management you can imagine.

      Cons

      - many bad CEOs, many bad managers. - the whole company is slow. - no one know what the company’s mission statement is. - PE firms have no idea what they are doing.
