Pros
Medallia and the team at Medallia Zingle truly cares about the wellbeing of their employees. They proactively look for ways to improve the employee experience and they communicate well.
Cons
The office has been closed indefinitely due to Covid19. Although the company is really well equipped for remote work, it can be a challenge to get the same level of social interaction that comes from office friendships. Because it was a pretty close knit team, I think we're all still adapting.
