Where do I even begin?
Medallia is the definition of a sinking ship, and has been purging employees since the Thoma Bravo acquisition. Leadership is a joke - they don't inspire any confidence, they're totally disconnected from the actual work their teams are doing, and some senior leaders are stuck totally in the pocket of the C-suite and prioritize their whims and ridiculous ideas over the experts on their teams who actually know what they're doing.
Leadership is also making decisions in a vacuum, taking away benefits that brought people in the door and then acting surprised when the org is frustrated. It seems as if they aren't actually thinking about what's best for the business or their employees -- only what matters for their reports up to Thoma Bravo about the amount of money they're now saving.
The money is good (benefits are pretty standard for big tech) but it's not worth losing your peace of mind or the gray hairs you'll get from working here.
