New CEO Joe is just a classic modern day 'tech' leader. Preaches culture and diversity, yet all the teams within the company are incredibly dysfunctional. Says he has an open door / open feedback loop, and yet every response is a 'defense' rather than actually listening to his people. Clueless and the company as a whole is going down a very dark route path.
