Pros
Between both the London and Palo Alto offices, Medallia allows you to learn and explore your role with a fair amount of freedom. Promotions/raises are merit based and relevant feedback is usually readily available although you may have to seek it out. Also, it's a fun/friendly environment with a culture focused on learning from mistakes rather than not taking risks. Lastly, what stands out to me above all about working at Medallia is the caliber of coworkers. Given the high bar for hiring, Medallia ensures that you are working with the best of the best in terms of functional talent and personality. This goes a long way in ensuring positive work culture.
Cons
There are some noticeable "growing pains" given the companies recent growth spurts. Sometimes there is structure lacking in areas you would expect more (i.e career path) but the leadership identifies these areas and takes steps to improve.
