      The people are excellent, opportunities to move into new roles and try new things are taken seriously, and the new executive team have been doing great things to push the company forward.

      Not many opportunities to meet coworkers in person.

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
