Pros
The company has a great culture, they truly care about their employees. Since being acquired by private equity they have their ups and downs, but in general we’re trending upwards again. Pay and work is steady, but we’ve got a long way to go to make it back to stable. New C level hires paint an amazing vision for where we’re going.
Cons
A lot of changing leadership the past few years. Benefits reduced recently as well. Drop in overall business.
