Let go on last day of 6 month Probationary period without cause - Customer Service Representative - Health Insurance Medavie Employee Review

Very busy call centre. You are expected to complete admin work when it is "less busy" when it should be done during or after the call, especially if like myself, you have ADD, this is next to impossible. Explaining this to management did nothing. They still expected the same from me. All in all, it was an OK place to work and the fact that I was let go on my last day of a six month probationary period, without cause, has negatively impacted my overall opinion of the company. I probably would have rated them a three otherwise.
