Can more or less teach how you want. Students are all motivated. Staff is nice, friendly and organized. The scheduling and timelogging system is good.

If you create your own lessons from scratch, answer student Emails, etc there isn't monetary compensation for the time spent. There seems to be no possibility of getting a more stable or permanent position such as switching from teaching to secretary work.
