Working for Jon and Rachel was a delight, and if I had more free time after starting my new job, I'd still be working for them. They were the most kind and respectful people I've worked for, and made me feel valuable on day one. My opinions were always heard and respected, and I was given a raise for my hard work only a couple months into the job. They definitely let you know you're appreciated with their actions and not just their words, which are also very kind as well.

I didn't have any problems.

1. Hard working individuals 2. Always learning and improving 3. Everyone takes ownership and responsibility for their actions and I commend the Founder for instilling this important value along with his honesty policy. 4. A place where your voice and ideas are heard

It is hard to think about cons. I've really enjoyed my experience and everyone is very passionate about this work.
