Pros
Good for fresh grads. The environment is very friendly and relaxing. Currently work from home set up due to pandemic. You'll gain lots of friends.
Cons
Very low compensation (No HMO dependent). They will pressure all of their employees to meet the demand of their clients. They don't care about their employees. No salary increase even if you prove yourself worthy for that.
