Pros
No pros at all. whatever positive feedback you are getting from HR or any employee are fake.
Cons
The company's policies are not at all employee friendly. They claim to be flexible and transparent but don't always apply that in practice. There's a lack of proper rewards and recognition, and nobody talks about the company's stability. Micromanagement is a big issue, making it hard for employees to work freely and making it hard for people to do their jobs well. Salaries are not at all competitive and they are below what they should be, and deductions are made without any reasons / any stupid reasons. The way management talks about employees is disrespectful, and they are quick to find fault and not ready to solve the issues. The company culture is disappointing, with a noticeable lack of trust between management and employees. This leads to a defensive and suspicious atmosphere. Management should focus on building trust and better communication instead of making derogatory remarks about employees especially female employees. Overall, the company culture is toxic, leading to widespread frustration and irritation among employees. The high attrition rate, with more than 50% of employees absconded due to management behaviour, speaks volumes about the issues. Speaking of management, it's hard to understand how they make decisions. They don't seem to know what is happening in the day-to-day work, and they make decisions without thinking about how they will affect the team. Communication is terrible, and the directors don't seem to talk to each other properly. Do not join this company. They are playing with careers.
