-great hours for working in pharmacy 9-5 monday to friday 1/5 saturday rotation -great benefit plan and deferred profit sharing+ 2 weeks vacation -lots of locations across ontario -opprotunity to move in company
Cons
-horribly managed-no one knows what there doing or talking about - hire employees with no pharmacy experience(lack of knowledge) - policies and procedures are not followed -overall bad work environment- stressful-poorly managed-unstructured.
