      Easy job, enjoyed my co-workers.

      Cons

      Bad upper management, revenue has dropped to nearly nothing, many rounds of layoffs within the past 6 months. I'll be surprised if this company is still around in another 6 months

      Pros

      They have a good team that feels like family. Everyone helps out where they can and very little drama or corporate backbiting.

      Cons

      End of month pushes can mean stressful days sometimes. It's a small company so they have the small company problems.
