      Pros

      Had some great coworkers, close to Irvine Spectrum, good place to gain experience indirectly (mental toughness)

      Cons

      Leadership expects you to "figure it out", not realistic with time frame for system intergrations, huge disconnect between upper management and employees (which is odd since company is 10+ including management)

      Pros

      You get to be outdoors and get fresh air and the schedules are very flexible so it's a great job overall.

      Cons

      The heat would get to you if you don't keep cold water to keep you going but other than that the jobs great and good pay.
