Pros

- Very international, which makes it very interesting and culturally rich. - New computers to work with. - Workload is very reasonable.

Cons

- It seems the management is only interested in clicks, never mind the content they're posting, even if it's a rampant sexist content, body shaming or urban legends sold as true stories. - The management is not interested in your feedback at all. Just get there, do you job and go home. If you question contents you will be seen as the trouble maker. You are not entitled to have opinions and share them with the team. - Management structure is said to be flat, but I don't think they understand the meaning of a flat management structure. Micromanagement is big with them, you are not allowed to make your own decisions or implement ideas you think might work. The team lead had to report every move to the CEOs and get their approval for every single thing. - Internal communication is a mess, rumours are big and there is no transparency in how they make decisions that will affect all the employers. - Turnover is high, no wonder.

Pros

Friendly coworkers with international vibes Good entry workplace for setting in Berlin for ex-pats No hard work - same jobs for years (so everyone is happy and goes home at 5 pm sharp)

Cons

Due to the pros, no competition, which means no challenges or development in your career, so no competitive salary or chances whatsoever. The basic salary is barely minimum wage - except for some German employees at high management levels (obviously). There is no such thing called 'salary negotiation' for almost everyone since it's easily replaceable. (Or management never agrees to it or even gets weirdly emotional....) Potsdam, not the city center - out of nowhere. If you miss your scheduled train or bus, you could waste your commuting time for 1.5 hours or more depending on where you live (except Potsdam residents) One HR person for a long time over 100 employees. There is NO support for international people - you have to do everything on your own (they give you papers that you need though). There is no development support - they gave us Linkedin access but they got rid of it because we don't find it worth it - but never gave us an alternative. No German language course or anything similar ever. Management doesn't give up authority - they want to check everything saying no or yes. So employees feel like just a tool to support their decision.

The work felt very stuck, new ideas were not welcome, the management was very old-style, not communicating things to us, lack of transparency, no flexibility when adapting to new trends, No communication between teams.
