ML Engineer at MediaPress - Machine Learning Engineer Media Press Employee Review

It was my first office job and it was a very relaxed environment. I worked in a team, but all tasks were well distributed among all members. Sometimes there would be an opportunity to work on an additional project that would be paid extra. We were working from home during Covid, which I really appreciated.

I waited two years for them to finally hire me permanently. The salary is very low and after 2 years they gave me an increase which was shamefully small. I had a team leader whom I was not allowed to contact. This was not the case only with me, but with everyone in the team. That kind of leading and managing really makes no sense.

Good stable company, in a TV industry. Good work job balance, healthy environment.
