Cons
It was a very chill company but now has become a total mess. They hired bouncers to layoff 30% staff. For the remaining people its become very toxic. Leaves are not approved and rejected on last minute. The management has become very toxic. They would create negative points against you out of thin air to make sure they have upper hand during appraisals. Credit for good work is taken by managers but if there are errors, then its totally on you. The middle management is useless. They have all the free time to micromanage. Need to justify even if you are going to be 30 mins late. If you want to meet your ex team mates who have left the company outside of work and you put it on social media; even that is frowned upon. So imagine the toxicity. Honestly, dont join.
