MC is a great place to get your foot in the door. It is an extremely small team, which has it's pros & cons. For one, you're heavily involved in agency work and able to communicate and learn directly from management. Everyone is always more than willing to help one another out.

Due to its small size, tons of busy work and admin is required which halts the learning process. More time is spent on work unrelated to PR.
