MK has excellent products. The management team is strong and the do care about their employees. Many have been with MK, or one if it's acquisitions for many years.

Was rolled out from Ericsson in the worst way possible, with the worst possible LT leading the way. Tried to set up as a large scale company, instead of the start-up we were. Too many costly mistakes were made and have been expensive to overcome and turn a profit.
