In 2021 (Covid-19) era, we had employees who had cultural issues due to certain domestic issues at home, high anxiety led by the pandemic, communication gaps, and conflict aversion. Everyone during this time was adjusting to the external situations and the workloads all at the same time. Since then, adjustments and re-trainings have been implemented. You may have been affected by team-based issues given the symptomatic anxiety-led by the nature of the pandemic and a work-from-home situation, either influenced by team members who were undergoing the same situation or domestically influenced.
