10yGood day and thank you for you review.
After going through our records, we have found that there is one employee who did not receive their backpay. This is due to the reason of AWOL (Absence without Leave) Employees who are AWOL and did not provide proper accounts turnover will not be cleared by the company and will not receive their backpay, unless the clearance procedure is implemented. In the case of our CEO, the employee 201 records can be discussed thoroughly with the employee as proof of performance.
The said person in our records also have various memorandums from gross negligence and tardiness and absentism in our 201 file.
As for overtime, there can be a number of reasons why overtime pay was not received. This also includes if the employee did not file the overtime rendered. We also do not force people to work on overtime, it is up to the employee to decide if they would like to request for it or not.
Our company values honesty, and if you would like to come back and discuss this with us. We are open. Thank you.
