Our sustainable growth in a competitive and transforming industry is my number one goal. I'm committed to continuing our innovation as a company, and spend a significant amount of my time away growing our business. I'm mindful of the changes happening around MediaNet, and am working hard to better situate us in the rapidly growing digital music space. Our new public relations team helps my efforts abroad to be brought to light.
I'm glad you feel our employee benefits are solid. As we mature we continue to look for ways to improve. We have increased benefits each year, including adding an additional week off between Christmas and New Year, increasing health and medical benefits annually, providing additional time off for community service work—to name a few. We always seek to expand our benefits in a responsible manner.
I hope you'll be happy to hear that we've recently hired a number of smart folks who I can proudly say I trust, along with our tremendous leadership team. As we grow and the market becomes more competitive, it becomes harder to get to know everyone. I'll admit sometimes I become focused on the execution of our goals, and don't leave time to walk the office and engage. To improve, I'm working hard with individuals to help them grow and expand their leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
